WallPlate Replacements

I created the entire range of standard North American style wall plates as part of my WallPlateMate accessory system so I thought I might as well post the generic plates in case someone wants to print a replacement or wants to change the colour of their wall plates.  These are all for North American style wall plates but I have wallplates for other regions around the world in the works.  I will post those as soon as possible.

I don’t think there is too much that needs to be said about these. They are all simply replacement to the standard North American style wall plate. Print them in any colour or material of your choosing. Unscrew the old plate and screw on this new plate!

IMPORTANT: As the wall plates of switch and electrical outlets are considered part of a flame enclosure it is important to use a flame retardant / self-extinguishing filament when printing parts to be used in electrical applications. There is a listing of some suitable filaments here and also here.

It is worth noting that I am working on wall plates for other regions around the world and will post those as soon as they are ready.

Printing

Material: I choose to use PETG for its durability and flexibility but I am confident you can print these in any material you like.

My Setup:
Nozzle = 0.4mm

My Settings:
Layer height = 0.2mm
Line width = 0.4mm
Wall count = 4 (1.6mm)
Infill = 40%
Ironing = ON

Support:
Designed to print without support.

Print Orientation: All plates are designed to be printed face down on the build plate.

Assembly Notes

No assembly or post-print processing is required.
